A week before the Easter holidays Chalk Hill had a residential Ofsted inspection. We usually have a visit from Ofsted every year, because we have students who board (stay overnight) with us. However, due to COVID, our last in-person inspection was three years ago. The inspector spent three days looking very thoroughly at how well our students are helped and protected, the effectiveness of leaders and managers, and our students’ overall experiences and progress. The verbal feedback we received was very encouraging, and the final reports confirms that Chalk Hill continues to be judged Good in all categories.

 

We are very pleased that all the hard work of our staff to keep our students safe, support good progress, and provide them with a rich experience, has been recognised. Please see the full report here.
