Mulberry provides education for students with an EHCP, with Cognition and learning needs that cannot be met in mainstream but the students are too able for a Special school.
The timetable for each student is bespoke depending on their EHCP and needs.
As a starting point:
- Maths, delivered in the Mulberry classrooms
- English delivered in the Mulberry classrooms
- Personal and social development delivered in the Mulberry classrooms
Students are probably at different points to their peers in these core areas and will need specialist teaching from the Mulberry team.
Each student will then access mainstream lessons for subjects that they are more able in or are highly motivated to join in.
